When ordering with payment via bank transfer
When ordering with payment via bank transfer (payment by transfer), you will receive on your e-mail an invoice with the number and the total amount of your order. The order and the contract between you and SIA Klers Serviss is concluded only from the moment you paid the order and received from us an e-mail confirming that your order has been completed and it will be sent to you via the delivery method chosen by you. After placing an order, you will receive an invoice with all necessary details for payment of the order by bank transfer. When making an invoice payment, please specify the order number in the payment purpose.
Perhaps we will not be able to process your order if there is any problem with payment or authorization of your bank payment, and also if the products you ordered are out of stock.
Price and payment
All prices in our online store are listed for one unit and include all discounts, special offers and VAT of 21%, but do not include shipping costs. When you select the type of delivery from the provided options, the delivery charge will be added to the total amount of the order.
Prices may change at any time, but the changes will not affect those orders that have already been confirmed by us and paid by you.

www.monplatin.lv offers delivery within the territory of the EU.
Delivery of “Mon Platin” products can only be made from the territory of Latvia.

You can choose the type of delivery at the time of ordering or by writing to us. Delivery times can be changed depending on the availability of products in the warehouse, in advance agreeing it with the customer.
All ordered products will be sent to one delivery address, which was included at the time of placing the order. wwwmonplatin.lv can not deliver products from one order to different shipping addresses, and is not responsible for the additional movement or location of the ordered products.
If in one order there are products with different delivery times, the order will be sent after it is fully completed in one delivery.

How to receive your order
Omniva: Please wait for a short message to your mobile phone with an order withdrawal code and only then go to receive an order. On the terminal / ATM screen, click the “Receive parcel” button and enter the code from the received message. Take you package.
Courier: On the day of delivery, courier will call and inform you about the delivery time.
